In the spirit of OmniRWA’s decentralized approach, OmniRWA’s native $ORWA token is integrated deeply into the OmniRWA ecosystem in ways that allow holders to both earn revenue share, enjoy governance rights and get discounts on RWA purchases via reduced transaction fees. The key utility of the $ORWA token is as follows:

Profit Share: 80% of protocol profits are distributed to holders who stake $ORWA into $sORWA.

Reduced Transaction Fees: Users who pay for RWA asset purchases using $ORWA tokens get a 50% reduction in transaction fees.

Governance Rights: As the OmniRWA ecosystem develops to a sufficient stage of maturity, it will start delegating governance rights to $sORWA holders who will be able to vote on decisions relating to matters such as fee rates, industry / asset / use case focus areas and developmental priorities.
